Matt is the epitome of what an ideal real estate agent is. Responsive, patient, intelligent, and a genuinely friendly person. Not only were we completely satisfied with the representation we received when buying a home, but Matt helped us several months after the sale when a past due tax bill that was not found by the title company popped up. He did not need to help on this - as our working arrangement had ended - but he led the effort of getting this bill rectified with the title company/past owner. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. You will not be disappointed should you choose him to represent you.
