Moving from CA to Whitefield NH in 2021, we contacted Matt Tellier to be our realtor due to his having helped our son make a similar home purchase in Lyman NH in 2019. We found his agency to be very helpful, extremely efficient and great to do business with. Two years later, we had Matt sell our Whitefield home as we made the decision to move to Littleton NH to be closer to the grandchildren. Again, Matt handled all the details of both the Whitefield sale and the Littleton purchase with great expertise and professionalism. Not end of story yet! A year later, my son had a job change to MI and Matt once again handled their sale after their move out. Everything proceeded very well. We then waited a year before deciding on our move from Littleton to MI. Matt handled the sale of my father's house after he died. He was much more than a indifferent realtor. He kept the walks cleared of snow. Provided lamps that could be used with timers and to light rooms when interested buyers checked out the house. Very personble and likable. Regularly checked in to see if we were comfortable with the process and willing to make changes when asked. A very good experience overall. Kind of felt bad that he had to split the commission with the buyers realtor, especially considering all the time and effort that he put in.

Matt is the epitome of what an ideal real estate agent is. Responsive, patient, intelligent, and a genuinely friendly person. Not only were we completely satisfied with the representation we received when buying a home, but Matt helped us several months after the sale when a past due tax bill that was not found by the title company popped up. He did not need to help on this - as our working arrangement had ended - but he led the effort of getting this bill rectified with the title company/past owner. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. You will not be disappointed should you choose him to represent you.

Matt's honesty, local knowledge and forthrightness was a pleasant surprise. In fact, we were so happy with Matt during our buying experience that we listed our previous house with him as soon as the seller accepted our offer. Our house received two great offers hours after it was posted in part because Matt was able to know the area market so well and I had asked him to price it for a quick sale. Matt is very adept at using electronic documents and eSignatures throughout the whole process. He was always prompt in any and all inquiries we had via email, text or phone.
